Another meditation

Imagine that you are in a big bubble. The bubble blocks out all of the noise outside, so you can have peace and quiet. 🀫

Close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Inhale. Exhale. Focus on your breath. If your mind starts to wander away, then bring it back to your breath.

Open your eyes, and think of something/someone who makes you happy. 😊 Think about all of the little teeny details.

Now, think about all the things you did today that you enjoyed. 😌 What was it that made that moment enjoyable? Think about it. Close your eyes, and continue to take deep breaths.

Inhale. Hold for two seconds. Exhale. Repeat. Do this for another few minutes.

Your bubble now pops, and your meditation is complete. πŸ™‚
